Refund policy

Every box is sealed. Before it ships, each fragrance box is closed with a tamper-evident sticker. That seal is how we know a bottle hasn't been opened, so it decides what can be returned.

Sealed boxes can be returned within 14 days. If the seal is unbroken, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@faithfragrance.com with your order number before you send anything back. We can't accept returns we haven't approved.

Return shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Because fragrance is a flammable liquid, it has to go back by USPS Ground Advantage, so let the post office know it's perfume when you drop it off. We recommend tracking, since we can't refund a package that doesn't reach us.

Opened boxes are final sale. Once the seal is broken, we can't take the bottle back, because we can't resell a fragrance that may have been opened or used. The only exception is a bottle that arrives damaged.

If your bottle arrives damaged. If the bottle is broken, cracked or leaking, the sprayer doesn't work the first time you use it, or the seal was already broken when you opened the shipping box, email hello@faithfragrance.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the shipping box with the label showing, the fragrance box and its seal, and the bottle. Once we've seen the photos, we'll send you a replacement (while bottles last) or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please don't mail a broken or leaking bottle back to us, and keep the shipping box and packaging until we've sorted it out, in case the carrier asks to see them.

Wrong item. If we sent you the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method. For a sealed return, we send the refund once the box reaches us and we've checked that the seal is intact. For a damage claim, we send it once we've reviewed your photos. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Shipping to you was free, so you get back the full price you paid.
