Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing time. Orders ship from Las Vegas, Nevada within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

Ground shipping only. Fragrance contains alcohol and is classified as a flammable liquid, so by federal regulation it must travel by ground (USPS Ground Advantage). Typical transit time is 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Expedited or air shipping is not available.

Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Delivered but not received. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mail area, then contact us within 7 days at hello@faithfragrance.com so we can open a carrier inquiry.

Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@faithfragrance.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the shipping box, the fragrance box and its seal, and the bottle. Our Refund policy explains what happens next.
